London is facing up to the challenge of flood. It has a few major flood events in 1990's.

1953 East Coast Flood
1 February 1953
The Fact
Due to the fact of sea level rising of an average 3.21 mm per year. It is expected increasing of 1 meter compare with current sea level by 2300. This means assets and people of London will under risk without proper action plans in place now.
